You assume full responsibility for your use of the Software and any health-related decisions you make based on its content. By purchasing or using PostureShield, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless PostureShield, its creators, developers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Software or its health-related content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
